  • Should NOT replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
  • Is designed for exam preparation (MRCP, AKT, MRCS, etc.)

3. Content Accuracy and No Warranty

While we strive to ensure accuracy and base our content on current UK and European guidelines (BSR, EULAR, NICE, SIGN):

  • Medical knowledge and guidelines evolve constantly
  • We make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or reliability of content
  • Content may contain errors or become outdated
  • Users must verify information with official sources before application
  • We are not responsible for exam outcomes or clinical decisions based on Platform content

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • We do not guarantee exam success or specific outcomes

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law

Your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.
